Latest Project

For the industrial buildings on 100-114 Bedford Road, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, an application has been made to the Town Planning Board by LOFTER GROUP for the redevelopment of the site into a 28-storey Grade A commercial building of offices and shops. The project covers an area about 10,042 square feet with maximum plot ratio of 14.4 times, while the maximum gross floor area is about 114,608 square feet.

 

The project is tentatively named ONE BEDFORD PLACE with estimated total investment exceeding HK$1.5 billion, and pre-sale is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2020. Furthermore, the Group also aims at venturing into the retail and residential property market in the future.
